About Psychology & the Soul™.
Psychology & the Soul™ is a live-streamed mental health and spiritual awareness podcast exploring the intersection of trauma, attachment, neuroscience, conscious development, and intuitive insight.
At a time when anxiety, grief, and existential uncertainty are rising, this show offers grounded dialogue between clinical psychology and spiritual maturity.
Each episode examines:
– Trauma and nervous system healing
– Attachment wounds and relational dynamics
– Anxiety, identity, and meaning
– Grief, death, and spiritual integration
– Conscious technology and AI discernment
– Emotional maturity and spiritual awakening
This is not about replacing science with spirituality.
It is about integration.

The Cultural Movement
Mental health challenges are rising across the United States and globally. Anxiety disorders affect millions of adults each year. Trauma exposure is widespread. At the same time, interest in spirituality, meditation, and conscious awareness continues to grow.
We are living in a moment where psychological strain and spiritual curiosity are increasing simultaneously.
Technology, social media, and AI-driven environments are accelerating nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and identity confusion. People are searching for tools to regulate anxiety, process trauma, strengthen relationships, and find meaning in uncertain times.
Psychology & the Soul™ addresses this cultural shift by integrating mental health, trauma-informed care, and spiritual awareness in grounded, responsible dialogue.
This show does not polarize.
It integrates.
